medium trainer … for Wednesday the 12th was DVD’s on the trainer. Two hours worth. Carmichael’s Race Simulation DVD lent a good workout for the first hour, Bjarne Riis’ “Overcoming” was white noise for the second hour spin. If you haven’t seen “Overcoming”, I’d recommend it for it’s rock video atmosphere.
