Best Time to go to the Gym

I go to the 24 Hour Fitness in Downtown Portland twice a week. I’ve gone in the morning, lunchtime, and after work. So far the best times that I’ve been where it’s least crowded are 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM, thereby getting my training in without having to wait for the various machines.

When I started going to the gym in February, I couldn’t do more than thirty situps without my abs cramping. Yesterday, I did just over three hundred! Amazing what two days a week in the gym can do for you.
