Lee started cycling in February 2005. To help pay for his new sport he bikes to work saving a couple hundred dollars a month in parking, gas and car maintenance. It makes the difference.

Folks have recently asked, “Why are you racing now? Why put in all those miles?

“I was used to showing up at marathons and fun runs with thousands of other people. It was a parade and it seemed like everyone was doing it! As much fun as that was, now I show up at a race (or group ride) and there’s only thirty people. We watch out for each other. I can push my body harder than I have ever pushed before and it’s highly rewarding, more so than anything else I’ve tried. With that …
