Did a threshold test last week and I’m getting some data in from the PowerTap as I progress. Not really anything mind blowing other than that I need some training. What’s cool is that there’s all these graphs from the Cycling Peaks software that show training stress and balance making it easier to watch the efforts put forth in a workout.
Lately, I’ve been adding weight lifting circuits for the quads and superman’s on the roman chair. Stretching, etc. Feels real good.
