Kind of like “PC LOAD LTR” on a LaserJet. I’ll call Saris to see what is going on with my Powertap.

Actually, just found money. Needing tires and tubes for the upcoming season, I buy in bulk from Performance (tubes) and ProBikekit.com (tyres). Ready, I was, to hit the purchase button when I realized that I may have another pair of tires in the garage. Blammo! Found in a box that hadn’t been opened yet from our move, was a pair of brand new Rubino Pro’s.
(and a pair of racing slicks reserved for warm weather crits.)
Got ‘em. Woo Hoo!
Oddly enough, my favorite part is when I have to shift fore/aft in the saddle after being the same position. I just adjust and the bike moves underneath me. Previously, on the old rollers, any weight shifts front or back presented a big problem and had to be very, very consciously done. Now, I don’t think. I just ride.

Seeing all those photos of nature, animals and buildings in MSN’s Hot Pic of the Week gave thought to the possibility that maybe we need an action shot in the running. And not just any action shot; but one from Kris Schamp’s Portland Short Track Series.
I entered this photo because of the angle and lighting and clouds. Blue sky is nice, but some clouds are good as it gives more depth to the photo. I’m glad they picked mine out of all the cutesy dogs and cats and flowers.
(I don’t know which week, the article isn’t dated).
My ride from Saturday was okay. Five out of five perceived effort sprints mixed with yoga and stretching.
