Saturday’s workout was only forty-five minutes with maybe about a four minute power interval.

The goal of the morning was to get used to riding, balancing, smooth cadence and not falling (i did all the falling part last week). I learned to dismount on the left. Still working on the right. I learned not to over correct and if I found myself riding off the rollers, I would stay vertical, unclip left, stand on the right pedal and proceed to dismount by putting my free foot on the ground. Or just keep riding back to center.

Maybe this season I’ll be able to work on the balance thing and try one legged no hand works like Chad. Watch the video. It’s awesome.

p.s. Went back in for another twenty minutes. Sit bones ache now. All is good.

    WOW that Video is makes my legs burn just watching it. Rollers are intreging … maybe I need to look at them down the road. I am still waiting for your video!
