Option anxiety. Shopper Saturation. I lament on what to buy. See, I have amassed two-hundred fifty dollars in Rei gift cards; which incidentally is the price of CycleOps Aluminum rollers. The thing is that I really, really want the E-Motion Rollers from insideride.com but they’re eight-hundred in cash. Of which I do not have.

* Save up for the mack daddy rollers and wait?
* Get the Rei one and start rollin’ for free?
* Sell the gift card for $220 on Cragislist to someone I don’t know? Who might write me a bad check and still wait to save some ducats.

Too many options! Rather than worry my warts off (I’m close, but not that close), I’ve decided to make a decision. That which I can make another decision based on my situation after said decision has been made.

Buy the Rei for free. Save my silver. Buy the mack daddy rollers later. This way, I’ll still be rollin’ on some quality equipment while savin’ up for the big dog. Or not. By then, I might be needing a new camera lens or something.

Wish me luck on the rollers. I’ve read that starting in a doorway is best to catch yourself if you fall going zero miles per hour. I should get ‘em in a couple weeks.
