Wednesday’s will be a sort of Health and Nutrition day. And food day. As the cloud cover more and more limits our exposure to natural Vitamin D, a supplement is good to take during the fall and winter months. I tend to get the fish oil pills fortified with Vitamin D so that I get those Omega-3’s in too. Couldn’t hurt.

Don’t like the fishy smell? I hear refridgerating the pills help. I can’t attest as I’ve not tried this. The added benefit is that you’ll possibly get sick less. Supposedly, Vitamin D deficiency lowers your resistance to germs. By taking some supplements, you just might skip the flu season.

Or. Travel south for the winter.
