I got back from Charlotte, North Carolina on Sunday from which I looked at some housing for wifey and I. Heidi was out there a week ago to narrow down some options; they looked at about eighteen properties and weeded the top six for me to look at.
We’ll have more news about housing and the move later. For now, I was pleasantly surprised to see many a roadie riding their bikes in the western suburbs and east of downtown as well. While the streets are narrower and without the shoulders that Portland has, I’m looking forward to year ’round riding in the sun.
