Training # 23 - Short day + Trico

Got my new travel case yesterday at work. It’s less complicated than I though, but less is more these days, yes? It will come in handy in the weeks to come.
Today’s ride was a short spin to the Springwater Trail where I’ve mapped out a twenty minute TT of sorts for a 2 x 20 Field Test. 21 mph ave wasn’t bad for an eight minute effort. It’ll be interesting to see the times tomorrow. For comparison, when I did this Feb 10th I averaged 17.2 over the twenty minute course.
All things being equal and since I did those one hour TT’s at 20 mph average, I’m hoping to get at least that on tomorrow’s course.
