Training # 19 - 80 mile Prep

Med pace + 1 sprint + 2 hill accelerations to get ready for 80 miler tomorrow. Today’s ride was easy as it was supposed to be. I think I even pushed it a little heavy. We’ll see tomorrow. If I’m hurtin’ tomorrow, then I know I shouldn’t have ridden like this today.
