Training on the 10th
spin trainer
… was uneventful. With the first race at PIR, best keep it a simple spin on the trainer. I spent an hour and a half with Carmichael’s Race Simulation at seventy percent. My RHR was just okay at 57 bpm this morning (52 is optimum for me) so I’m feeling good despite a late night baking bread last night.
Ciabatta. It’s almost therapeutic. Mmmmm.
